Orders are dispatched through NZ Post with tracking during NZ weekdays
Delivery to New Zealand addresses is Monday to Saturday 9am-5pm, excluding public holidays.
All prices are in NZ dollars inclusive of GST.
Because Donna-Klare products are made in small batches on a just in time basis, delivery within NZ may take between two to five business days.

Whilst we make every attempt to ensure your products arrives in perfect condition, you must advise us by email, hello@donnaklare.com quoting your order number within five business days of receipt if the products are lost or damaged in transit to enable us to remedy the problem.
By ordering, you agree that proof of delivery by our courier provider is sufficient to prove that orders have been received. If you elect to have your package left without signature such as by your front door then proof of delivery will be by the records of our courier provider.

Donna-Klare products are manufactured and packaged to the absolute highest quality possible. . If you have any concerns regarding a Donna-Klare product, you must complete in full our returns web-form within 2 weeks of product receipt providing a full description of your concerns and the batch number. You may request a replacement or refund if a product is defective and you agree to be responsible for the cost and risk of any loss or damage when returning any Donna-Klare products to us that you believe are defective..
